La Isleta

Strolling around with my camera, meeting up with the little peninsula called La Isleta. It's part of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria but with its own peculiar ambience. Surrounded by water, accompanied by ancient volcanos and with the trade winds always present.

I took photos of the people, the ocean and the houses trying to recreate that special feeling one has being surrounded by this particular environment. Creating a visual poem of a piece of the city that has its own peculiar character.
